Bridal styling is mostly planning. Here is exactly how it runs, so there are no surprises in the week of the wedding.

Send your wedding date, the area and what you need. We check the date and reply, usually the same day.

Consultation
We talk through the traditions, the functions, how many people need styling and what your day actually looks like.

Trial
A full run of the look, photographed in daylight, with notes kept for the wedding day.

Confirm
Once you are happy, Dharani confirms the details and holds your date.

Wedding day
We arrive with the running order agreed, and you are ready with time to spare.
At the consultation
We go through the traditions you are keeping, the functions across the day, the saree or dress, the jewellery, and the photographs you have saved. We also talk about timings: what time you need to be ready, who else needs styling, and how far we travel.
At the trial
A trial is the whole look, done properly, with time to change our minds. We photograph it in daylight so you see what the camera sees. Afterwards everything is written down: products, shades, the parting, the running order.
Holding your date
Dates are held on a first come basis. Once the details are agreed, Dharani tells you what is needed to hold yours and confirms it with you on WhatsApp.
If the date changes
Weddings move sometimes. Tell us as early as you can and we will do what we can to move with you.
Travel and early starts
We work across Kurunegala district and further afield. Travel and early morning starts are quoted with your package, so the figure you are given is the figure for your day.

How far ahead should I book?
Wedding dates are held on a first come basis, so get in touch as early as you can, especially for dates in the main season. Send us your date and we will tell you straight away whether it is free.
Do you travel to my venue?
Yes. We style at homes, hotels and venues across Kurunegala district and further afield. Tell us the venue and the time you need to be ready, and we will talk through the travel and the early start.
Do you offer a trial?
Yes. A trial is a full run of your wedding look, photographed in daylight, with notes kept for the day. Message us on WhatsApp to arrange one.
What does it cost?
Every wedding is different: the tradition, the number of functions, how many people need styling and how far we travel. Rather than publish a figure that will not fit your day, Dharani talks it through with you on WhatsApp or on the phone and gives you a clear quote.
How do I hold my date?
Once we have agreed the details, Dharani confirms what is needed to hold the date. Ask on WhatsApp and you will get a straight answer the same day wherever possible.
What if I need to change the date?
Dates move sometimes, and it is usually manageable if you tell us early. Message us as soon as you know and we will do what we can.
Which traditions do you style for?
Kandyan and Western bridal styling, including osariya draping, hair, makeup and dressing.
Can you style my bridal party and family?
Yes. Tell us how many people need hair, makeup or draping and your ready-by time, and we plan the morning around it.
How do I pay?
There is no online payment. We confirm your booking on WhatsApp and settle at the studio.
